The main goal of the project is to promote the basic realization of new energy for taxis, online car-hailing and official vehicles in Changchun City in three years, and to make Changchun a new energy demonstration city in the seasonal frozen region, which is an important practice in the national “3060” carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy deployment.
